A collection built around a simple refusal: culture should not need an API key, a gatekeeper, or a fragile server to keep existing.

Citizen Chain is a fully onchain CC0 NFT collection. The artwork, metadata, and rendering logic are intended to survive platform decay, broken links, disappearing startups, and shifting marketplaces.

The contract framework is built around an OpenSea-compatible SeaDrop infrastructure with fully onchain asset storage, composable SVG rendering, and an open-source deployment architecture intended to be studied, forked, remixed, and preserved by future builders.
